THE IWALLK PODCAST
EPISODE 4 - LIFE IN THE SECOND CLASS

AN INTERVIEW WITH ALEX WALL
PART 3

Raw Intro...

Hello! And, welcome to the IWALLK Podcast. I am your host Alex Wall. This program is being broadcast on March 10, 2017. This is Episode 4, titled: "Life in the Second Class - An Interview with Alex Wall - Part 3."

Today we'll listen to the last part in this series, representing an interview and discussion I gave to a University of Southern Maine graduate seminar group about what it is like to have suffered a major medical emergency here in Maine, and what it is like to fall between the cracks of the system. I'd like to thank Faith R. for recording this talk, Tori--for leading the discussion and Deb H. for arranging it all.

Now let's rejoin the conversation, after I finish my thought from last week about my belief that cannabis legalization will help society progress, where we will discuss...

* How I once played Robin Hood at a bank.* Distractions of things in society, like TV.* If Maine's Medicare had been expanded would I have kept insurance?* Why Maine politics is so unique.* How EBT Food Stamps are limited in Maine.* Medical error is the third leading cause of death.* Over-reaction of numbers based medicine.* Problems with trying to sleep in a hospital (very funny).* My assessment of myself and why I left Maine, why I ended up traveling, and how I tried to retain my dignity.* How debt is extended.

Raw Outro...

So, there it is. Part 3, and the conclusion of this interview and discussion.

For now, thank you so much for joining me here today on the IWALLK Podcast.

Until next time... Try to wear your soul on the outside!
